MY APPROACH

Performance is holistic

Physical ability matters, but not more than mindset or emotional health.

So no, I won’t just fix your form and ignore the self-doubt that’s messing with your confidence. Or teach you a new skill without helping you trust yourself enough to use it under pressure. We’ll holistically tackle whatever is holding back your performance, whether it’s physical, mental, social, or emotional.

Long-term Mentorship

3-10 MONTH COMMITMENT*

I love the challenge of figuring out what is the smallest changes an athlete can make, that has the biggest effect on their performance.

THE MENTORSHIP PROCESS


Step One

I'll send you a questionnaire to get to know you, give you access to my course, and dive into your world.
I research you and your sport before we get on our first call.


Step Two

I want to get to know you better! We’ll do a holistic training assessment and go through your questionnaire in more depth so I can get a clearer picture of how to 
help you.


Step Three

Once we’ve figured out where you’re getting stuck, we start by focusing on the highest ROI actions first. Don’t worry, I always explain the “why” behind what I want you to do!


Step Four

We’ll do regular check-in calls and work through things as they come up. Different people get stuck in different places! That’s why personalized guidance is such a game-changer.

1:1 Holistic Coaching

One-off sessions are available, but you’ll see the best results from doing a series of workshops where I share my holistic system for peak performance.
