  • Most traditional coaches focus on one piece of the puzzle, leaving you to figure out how to integrate it with everything else. My holistic approach covers the whole puzzle (mind, body, social, and emotional). You’ll learn how the pieces affect each other and how to invest your time in the right piece to have the best impact.

    I won’t push you to do more like many coaches will. I teach my clients the art of discernment: when to explore, when to push, and when to rest or integrate. I will also suggest you try things you may not have done before (or done in a long time!), like dance moves, embodiment practices, or yoga.

    And while sports psychs are amazing at mindset work, they often don’t have elite-level training experience themselves, or a system to help you understand your body.

    I coach using the exact methods I wish I had when I was still struggling as an athlete, so you can learn what I learned in the last chapter of my career, sooner.

  • It depends on the service you choose, but I promise that the time and energy you invest with me will expand your capacity, not drain it. My goal is to help you find the 20% of work that gives you 80% of your results (Pareto’s Principle).
