Hi, I'm Liz! I've dedicated the past 18 years to training and competing in the sport of Track & Field, throwing Javelin. During that time I've won 10 Canadian ðŸ‡¨ðŸ‡¦ National Championships, and represented Canada at the past three Olympic Games.

That's me!


So what's this about a newsletter?
